By purchasing a gown, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment
  • Payment must be made in full prior to shipment.
  • Jennifer Salzman LLC accepts personal check and credit card.
  • Credit card payments require billing address, zip code, and security code for card.
Shipping
  • Dresses are shipped via FedEx Ground for a flat rate fee: $40 Eastern, $50 Central, $60 Mountain, $70 Pacific.
  • Rush shipments will incur additional shipping charges.
Condition of Dress
  • Some dresses are floor and model samples and may show evidence of wear and could require professional cleaning, pressing or steaming.
  • Buyer is responsible for professional cleaning.
Alterations
  • Buyer is responsible for own fitting and alterations.
Returns
  • Returns are accepted for a full refund within 24 hours of delivery of dress to buyer.
  • Client will have 24 hours to try on the dress and contact Jennifer Salzman LLC if requesting a return for refund.
  • Buyer will be charged a flat rate return shipping fee: $40 Eastern, $50 Central, $60 Mountain, $70 Pacific.
  • Jennifer Salzman LLC is not responsible for the condition of the gown after delivery, wear, alterations by outside tailor, cleaning or preserving.
